Code of Conduct

What we expect of every member, guest, and visitor at ZeroW Geelong.

Last updated: 1 May 2026

ZeroW Geelong is a community first. We're a place where people of all backgrounds and experience levels train hard, push their limits, and lift each other up — literally and figuratively. This Code of Conduct exists to keep that culture intact. By using our facility, attending our events, or signing up for our coaching, you agree to follow it.

1. Our purpose

We're here to help people get strong in a safe, supportive, and well-equipped environment. Everyone in the building — members, guests, staff, and coaches — is expected to contribute to that environment.

2. Respect & inclusivity

3. Equipment & safety

4. Hygiene & cleanliness

5. Photography & filming

6. 24/7 access etiquette

7. Music, phones & noise

8. Under-18s & guests

9. Drugs, alcohol & smoking

10. Coaching & staff

11. Reporting concerns

If you experience or witness behaviour that violates this Code, or anything that feels unsafe or unwelcoming, please tell us. You can speak to any staff member in person, or email geelong@zerow.com.au. Reports are taken seriously and handled with discretion.

12. Breach & consequences

Where someone breaches this Code, we may, depending on the seriousness:

Decisions about consequences are made at the discretion of ZeroW Geelong management.
