Hitting a 400kg total + DOTS at the 2024 APL Tested Nationals to qualify for the Elite Division at ZeroW Pro 2024, 1st place in u73kg Log Deadlift Stone Strongwoman comp 2025 and Official Strongman Games invite.
Strength training not only liberates and empowers me but leads me to make better choices in my day-to-day that improves my overall quality of life. Training in the strength community has lead me to meet the closest people to me today. Competing in strength sports has also allowed me to inspire others to feel more confident and excited about exercising, leading to a deep passion in my career.
I have predominantly specialised in coaching women in powerlifting, but am open to coaching other genders as well as entry level Strongman/Strongwoman. I can serve as a great introductory coach to those who are brand new to the gym and strength training, helping them gain self belief and competence. I am also currently undergoing the process of making my practice trauma informed.
There is a moment that every one of my clients has undergone, where they do something they never believed they could and a little fire ignites within them. This is the moment where they feel utterly empowered, accomplished, and strong! This is why I love coaching; I want to show as many people as possible that it's ok to take up more space, and to let their inner monster out.
I want new clients to know that they can talk to me about anything. Coaching with me is a safe space where both men and women can feel supported, but also guided efficiently and thoroughly. Whatever the goal is, there is a way to accomplish it that is both enjoyable and adherable. I am happy to work around any issues or impairments.
New clients should get coached by me because I get results. My system has undergone years of trial and confirmation. My goal is to use this as a basis and find a routine that fits well into the clients needs and wants. While I have a gentle and open relationship with my clients, this doesn't stop me from ensuring that the guidance they get is clear and precise. Goals are attained and exceeded in a positive environment - the way it should be!

I have been working in education and helping others for 20 years. This means I am able to communicate well and have experience helping powerlifters and general strength athletes improve their health, performance and meet their weight class requirements.
